Henry Raphaelson

Henry B. Raphaelson brings thirty years of experience practicing law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to his clients. Mr. Raphaelson focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and family law.

In his real estate practice, Mr. Raphaelson represents more landlords and tenants in commercial and residential disputes than any other attorney in Worcester County. Mr. Raphaelson counsels landlords, tenants, condominium associations and management companies through a broad range of real estate matters such as leasing, contracts, general transactions, lead paint issues, restraining orders, evictions, conveyancing, nominee trusts and partitions.

In his family law practice, Mr. Raphaelson works with families to resolve domestic disputes, including divorce and division of marital assets, child support arrangements and modifications, contempt and paternity actions. He also provides estate planning services to both individuals and families.

Committed to pro bono service, Mr. Raphaelson serves as a Worcester County Volunteer Lawyer where he provides pro bono legal assistance to low-income residents of Worcester County. In 2002, in recognition of his distinguished service and outstanding commitment to provide volunteer legal services for the poor and disadvantaged citizens of the Commonwealth, Henry was one of two recipients of the first annual Adams Pro Bono Publico Award given by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. 

Mr. Raphaelson earned his JD from the New England School of Law in 1981 and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
