Firm History

In 1982, Milton Raphaelson formed Raphaelson & Raphaelson with his eldest son Henry. Milton grew up in a classic immigrant household where he learned to value hard work, loyalty, and integrity. It is upon this ethos that he built the firm. Before retiring in 2009, Milton was a trial attorney for more than thirty years, a Justice of the Massachusetts District Court for ten years, a mediator and an arbitrator in Worcester and Hampden counties, and a past president of the Worcester County Bar Association.

Today, Henry, Laurie and Jeffrey continue the firm in the tradition of their father, emphasizing the same fundamental ideals and values on which he founded the practice. They serve their clients in Worcester, Boston and across Massachusetts in the practice areas of business litigation, family law, personal injury litigation and real estate.
